Product introduction:
This product model is WNS series steam boiler, which is a horizontal internal combustion fuel oil (gas) quick loading boiler, with wet back structure. The corrugated furnace and the return chamber are the first return leg, the second return leg is composed of threaded smoke pipe, and the third return leg is plain smoke pipe. The boiler is equipped with a complete automatic control device and safety protection device with high and low water level alarm and low water level interlocking protection function; Boiler automatic ignition, burner fire automatic regulation and flame out protection, to ensure the safe operation of the boiler.
Product characteristics:
★ Boiler adopts wet-back structure, full edge butt weld, high reliability, low maintenance cost. In addition, the advanced corrugated furnace structure not only enhances the heat transfer area, but also satisfies the free expansion of the furnace after heating.
★ Designed over temperature, over pressure, water shortage, leak detection, flameout and other protection functions, boiler operation is safe and reliable.
The front and rear smoke boxes are integrated smoke boxes, and there are team open smoke box doors on the smoke boxes. The form is good in integrity, beautiful, generous, and light for maintenance and opening.
